Back in August, I joined Chris Simmance on his podcast “and We Have An Office Dog” and the episode is now live.
Chris runs the OMG Center and helps agency businesses to accelerate their growth through consultancy, mentorship, training, and support, alongside a free community and resources.
His podcast features digital agency owners and directors to learn about what makes them tick – from the things that make them similar, to the things they’d rather have known sooner, where they’ve had success and where they’ve learned some hard lessons.
This was recorded around 8 weeks after the birth of my first child and following a night of very little sleep, but it was a great chat regardless!
We spoke about my journey of joining Evolved Search back in 2017 and growing it over 5 years to almost 60 staff, digging into all the challenges and lessons that I’ve learned in that time.
